Gene Bell is the owner and president of Gene Bell & Associates, Inc, where he practices in the areas of personal and business tax planning and preparation and wealth management services. Gene is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the Internal Revenue Service and is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)®. He is an Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP) with the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation (ACAT), an Investment Advisor Representative through H.D. Vest Investment ServicesSM, and is Insurance licensed in the state of Washington. He is a past president and a current member of the Washington Association of Accountants (WAA). He is also an NSA featured speaker at the IRS Nationwide Tax Forums for 2011. Born in Ohio, Gene is a veteran of the US Army; has lived all across the country including Illinois, Florida and Texas.
