My experience in management began at a young age with a national corporation in the high-end specialty foods industry. I experienced several promotions within a short time period from what was originally an after school job, to a supervisory and management level position, and finally at a senior management position responsible for overseeing a staff of in the companies busiest market. Tired of working long hours, weekends, and holidays, I decided to take my management experience and make a career change. I took a position in an entirely different industry, Real Estate and Condo Conversions. As a Condo Conversion Manager for a large real estate development firm, my responsibilities were crucial to their business success. Responsibilities included assistance in the creation of governing documents, community planning, creation of policies and procedures, overseeing financials and audits for both rental and condo properties, attending and participating in investor meetings, overseeing construction renovation projects exceeding million, resident communications, a support staff of employees, preparing initial budgets, engineering studies, coordinating sales, etc. In , I embarked on a new mission with a newly found passion for Community Associations, their governance, and my clear ambition for business success with my company, Four Points Property Management, Inc. In , my company was acquired by Association Services of Florida, an Associa Member Company. I joined their organization as the Assistant Director of Management Services. I now serve as the Director of Management Services. Community Associations are a topic I care greatly about. My vision is to be a leader in the Community Association Management industry with a focus on enhancing property values in the communities we represent.
