I currently provide senior level phone and remote technical support for the ADP Time and Labor Management implementation and service teams. I am also the lead technical contact for several hardware and software pilot programs, interacting with product management, product development, and end users on a regular basis. I also act as the liaison between the service and training organizations, and even partner with training personnel and participate in training sessions as a subject matter expert. Other highlights include: strong communications skills, regular contributions to the monthly in-house technical newsletter, and regular contributions to the in-house knowledge base. I also posses a strong working familiarity with the following software: VMware, Microsoft Virtual PC, Adobe Connect, GoToAssist, Live Meeting, Microsoft Office (including Visio and Web Expressions), as well as ADP's Time and Labor Management hardware and related software. Specialties ADP Time and Labor Management hardware (Kronos, Recognition Systems, and Control Module time clocks), and related software.
