As the recipient of tremendous opportunity and fortuitous timing, its been a privilege to make my career in the business of sports. As EVPChief Operating Officer with the Reno Aces, Triple-A Affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, I've spearheaded the transition from honeymoon to maturity with a cultural and operational shift which has yielded immediate results. Prior to my time with the Aces, my career has been unbelievably rewarding with Rich Baseball Operations. Having accepted challenges in four separate markets, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of situations, from growing existing business to building a new franchise from the ground up. Every day is a challenge to grow personally and professionally, individually and as a team, and I'll never take for granted the tremendous opportunities afforded me so early in my career.
