I have over years of professional experience with web development and dynamic web applications. In , I made the transition into management and I love it. Currently, I manage three full-time employees who are extremely gifted in their respective areas. In , I introduced Agile Development to Web Services and, as of December , successfully completed Sprints using Scrum. Additionally, I created a Web Liaison Group that has nearly members. This group represents each department across campus and helps maintain web presence for the University. Also in , I developed the Web Internship Program that helps provide students with real working experience in Web Services. Moving forward, I would like to continue ascending the corporate ladder and increase my management experience in higher education.
