Lifelong resident of "Four Seasons" country, graduating from Concord College and the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tolliver completed a rotating internship and residency in Dermatology at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Akron, Ohio. He is Board Certified in Dermatology, and member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Society for Mohs Surgery.
