Connect with me: I love being a freelance illustrator, but I also love to be out working with people and involved with interesting projects. I'm looking for a staff opportunity in film (especially storyboarding), or with any other type of creative company, such as media, publishing, advertising, fashion, or with a gallery or museum. I've managed a creative department, coordinated video & photo shoots, managed web content, storyboarded part of a short film, designed prints for childrenswear and home textiles, and they even let me work with clients. I love the conceptual phase of the creative process. Able to see the big picture with a natural inclination toward thoroughness, and the ability to anticipate questions and problems. I have a good working knowledge of Photoshop, learning more everyday, and a great love of photography, especially black and white. I also bring a superior ability to manage deadlines and details. The video and photo shoots I coordinated ran smoothly. I kept a one person advertising department efficient with the ability to manage competing deadlines and created a new time-saving record keeping and filing system. I was able to proof ads accurately with constant interruptions and other imminent deadlines. I'm personable, easy to work with, and successful at building trusting relationships.
