Experience Summary: • Over 9 years of experience in all facets of plant design, establishment, troubleshooting, and optimization, in both supervisor and contributor roles. • Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement Implementations • Reviewed and Authored GMP/Technical documents including Standard Operating Procedures, Equipment and Raw Materials specifications, Master Batch Records, Corrective and Preventative Action report, and Process Descriptions. • Technology Transfer Protocol • Site Improvement Proposal • Attending Project forums and execution of the action plans. • Document Rationalization • Develop Competency Training Module where applicable.
