I am a Certified Project Manager and LEED Accredited Professional with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. Starting my career as a researcher for the energy sector, I worked as a research assistant at Dalhousie University and subsequently as a Bioenergy Consultant for Environment Canada. Later on, I moved to work in the engineering consulting industry mainly assisting in the design and construction of commercial and industrial type facilities. My experience has been mainly focused on providing services for the light industrial and the military infrastructure located all across Canada. As an electrical designer, I have been involved in the design and analysis of power distribution, lighting, communication, and fire alarm systems. These days my work has progressed to include a mixture of both design and project management services.
