Hi, Here is a little about me I am a filmmaker with years of professional experience, spanning both computer animation and live action. I am an alumni of California Institute of the Arts (BFA Film Video) I started my career with Oscar winning visual effects supervisor Tim McGovern at Metrolight Studios. I then spent years at Walt Disney Feature Animation, working as both a cgi character animator and supervisor on such films as Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Atlantis, and Chicken Little. I also helped transition Disneys D iconic characters, Ariel, Donald Duck, and Simba from the Lion King into the D world of animation for the theme park film Mickeys Philharmagic. I then worked on various films and shorts for Warner Brothers, The Weinstein Co., and The Orphanage. I spent a couple of years at Starz Animation(now ARC), in Toronto, working for Disney again, on the last Miramax film, Gnomeo and Juliet. Canada was fun. I then re-partnered with ex-Disney CG supervisor Kiran Joshi and spent some time as the Animation Director for his company Incessant Rain Animation Studios, in Kathmandu, Nepal. I got to go there, which was fun and cool, but mostly I worked remotely from LA. late at night. Amongst all that I also directed, co-wrote, and edited, my own independent live-action feature film, Desert Vows, which I love, and hope people will discover someday. www.DesertVows.com Recently, Ive been at Disney again, DisneyToons Studios this time, working as a character animator on Planes' and 'Planes . Also at DisneyToons I just wrapped on Tinkerbell Pirate Fairy as the film's Asst Animation Supervisor. I co-lead a team of overseas animators, supervising all the development and cgi character animation in the feature length film. It will be released in March .
