The most significant aspect of my background is my experience and interest in Lean Manufacturing. I had two amazing internships where I learned from Japanese and American Lean experts in very different environments. My professional goal is to combine my Lean exposure and experience with my educational experience (MBA & MS) in an operations-based position. My passion runs deep when it comes to learning about and implementing Lean principles. I really love working with employees at all levels to identify problems and then implement simple and effective solutions. I am not afraid to spend time on the ground level and roll up my sleeves in order to solve problems.
