Since achieving a Master's degree in Instructional Technology, I've gained over years of experience building online learning modules that incorporate professional voiceovers, digital videos, and interactive learning activities for a wide variety of topics. I have a strong technical background in web and multimedia development, and I have a passion for creative writing to keep learners engaged and interested. I've also worked to analyze course surveys and completion histories for future improvements, and have developed project management skills to deliver projects on time and according to specification. My current area of focus is the usage of visual storytelling in order to make eLearning modules more compelling and engaging, and I'm taking coursework in photography to further develop my skills in this area. I've previously always thought about photography as a simple point-and-shoot activity, and am amazed at how much I'm learning in order to both take compelling photos and recognize the strong points of good photography.
