The Media Industry I have spent 15 years at local television stations in various capacities. Effective communication is required with multiple personality types. Explaining and interpreting complex concepts for social interaction can be challenging. The Real Estate Industry I took it upon myself to chart a new course in sales and marketing and these are some of my accomplishments: Converting 90% of new inbound and outbound phone calls into either signed "Buyer's Agency" agreements or listing agreements. These complex legal documents require the ability to effectively communicate buyer and seller responsibilities and the benefits and potential pitfalls of entering into them. Took 100% of clients with executed contracts to closing. With so many elements out of the control of a licensed agent, it helps to build effective relationships with customers, clients, listing agents, loan officers, appraisers, inspectors, contractors, attorneys and sellers to close these complex transactions.
