The Factory is a place where creating a startup isnt a rarity but the expectation. Many people in West Michigan are interested in starting a company but the people inside the Factory walls are actually doing it. When you come here youre not alone. Youre encouraged and without skepticism you and your idea are fully embraced. Entering into a community like this is an extraordinary feeling and one you wont get so consistently in any other West Michigan location. Because of this, the chances of serendipity are dramatically increased. Its not that you wont meet great people by not coming to the Factory, its that you wont get it so consistently. And if someone you need to meet or never thought of to meet isnt here our community most likely already knows them and you can be having coffee with them within days. You dont have to come to the Factory to be successful, but with everything thats ahead of you and your venture, its not a bad place to be.
