Since my first appointment as an undergraduate technician, responsible for the lab set-up of a new tenure-track assistant professor at Concordia University in , I have gained a further ten years of combined experience in academic research laboratories at Carleton University and Pennsylvania State University and industrialbiotechnological research as an NSERC-IRDF research scientist. I additionally have over four years of teaching experience as a laboratory teaching assistant at both Concordia University and Carleton University.
