I have been in the food industry most of my life. I began working with food allergies 22 years ago when my son was diagnosed with a severe corn allergy. Later I found out I had celiac disease and would need to be on a strict gluten free diet for the rest of my life. At the time the products available in the marketplace were not only expensive and hard to find but they tasted terrible. I knew I had to develop food that would satisfy me and my family. My goal to to grow my business beyond being a Private Chef and make my products available to the general public.
