I am primarily focused on expanding opportunities with existing clients, and making sure our clients are getting the best possible experience from ClearPointe Managed Services. I maintain industry leading experience in a wide range of technologies and products as well as years of working with Executive Teams. This experience allows me to quickly bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical sides of my clients operations to clearly translate IT needs and requests to my clients administrative and management teams. In addition to account management I provide consulting services to fill roles from outsourced CIOCTO Services to IT risk assessment and management. Prior to joining the account management team I worked for many years as a Network Analyst at ClearPointe and maintain a strong skill set and background in technology. My time in the ClearPointe Network Operations Center provided invaluable insight into the needs of my clients and thier expectations of an outsourced IT partner.
