He has over a decade of proven expertise in business process outsourcing, implementing customer experience strategies and shared service support models. His experiences working with business and IT teams have touched all areas of the project life cycle including scoping and planning, requirements gathering, application development, testing, user readiness, business process design, change management, training, and communications. Focusing on balancing methodological stringency with timeline compliance has been a significant factor in being able to deliver well thought out products.
