I am a business strategist. I specialize in finding and setting up new profit niches with other entrepreneurs and business owners. As a professional business strategist, I like to see myself as a problem solver for fellow entrepreneurs. Most entrepreneurs and businesses have specific “problems†(though I like to consider them as opportunities) that they would like to be solved. But what is really amazing is that often the solution is readily available to them, hidden either within their business or in someone else’s. There are opportunities literally everywhere around us, but most business owners and managers don’t see them because they are too close to the action. With the input of someone like me that comes from outside and is not subject to any influence from within the company, then there is a much better chance to profit and benefit from these opportunities. This is not about how you should run your business, because YOU are the expert in your field. Often, the worst people to take advice from are those that work in your same industry because they will have the same habits and will do exactly the same things you do… whether they work or not!
