Current Activities Bob Hubbard is currently responsible for designing and deploying “Lean ITâ€, in AT&T’s IT division. The “Lean IT†program fuses traditional lean principles and current IT processes in the pursuit of lower costs, higher quality, and improved speed to market. Since joining AT&T in 2006, Bob Hubbard has led Six Sigma projects that continue to lower costs by more than $5 million annually. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he evangelizes Six Sigma’s proven problem solving ability. Additionally, Bob is responsible for IT Six Sigma training and development.A native of Atlanta, Georgia Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.
