While attending The Ohio State University, Ben was involved in many student organizations on campus, including the president of the Buckeye Barbeque Club (-), founder of Buckeyes Give Back (-), director of marketing for Undergraduate Student Government (USG), and a participant in a number of other organizations. He was also employed by DOmedia as an intern from -, and was head lab instructor for The Ohio State University gross anatomy courses. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's of science in biological science and a minor in business, Ben took a full-time role at DOmedia as the Marketing Manager. While working for DOmedia, Ben launched Webbed Interactive, a digital agency which specializes in website design development. He is also the marketing consultant for NCT Ventures, a venture capitalist firm in Columbus, Ohio. NCT has invested in Adfiki, a company that Ben co-founded with Dan Caldwell as an advertising lead source for the advertising industry. Although Ben is an entrepreneurial and business savvy individual, his goal is to take his business skills into the medical industry as he aspires to becoming a doctor of medicine.
