The important stuff.......I jump in puddles every chance I get. I've been stuck in a tree after an earthquake and refused to come down because I was awaiting the aftershock. The first time was so much fun (I was eight). I'm subtle. I spent a year in an outdoor leadership program earning instructor certifications in sea kayaking/kayak touring, tandem flat and white water canoeing, rock climbing, nordic skiing, ropes course facilitation, and backcountry travel. I fell in love with white water kayaking but since last year, my trust for the water has regressed once again. I have neglected to use any of these certifications in a professional or personal fashion. I'm a social creature. Too much isolation troubles me but not having the choice breaks my spirit. I can draw but don't do it nearly enough. I study things like organic chemistry while not in school. I'm a hands on learner, very tactile by nature. What grounds me most in life is walking barefoot in wet grass. I'm simple for my complexities. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I believe in magic (not the Houdini kind).
