Christian Baldia is the President of Constellation Strategy & Analytical Services, a cutting-edge management consulting firm that assists organizations with critical issues such as the post merger integration of companies, the breakdown of barriers between departmental silos and the development of innovation networks throughout a firm. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at Virtcom Consulting, a management consulting firm serving major corporations, NGOs and government agencies around the globe. During the 2004 U.S. Presidential election, Mr. Baldia worked for Americans Overseas for Kerry.
