Received my diploma after completing an internship at PFI in Las Vegas, where I was later hired into their company. -Certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Have trained with and have been trained by many big names in the health and fitness industry such as: Gunnar Peterson, Michael George, Gregg Miele, Tommy Boyer-Kendrick, Ron Williams, Jay Cutler, Mark Phillipi, and Beth Horn. -Certified through the Health Profile Institute (HPI) as a Health Profile Assessor. HPI has reached success in Sweden with their proven method of sub-VO2max testing which has been around for 30 years. My focus with becoming certified as an HPA is that I can incorporate sub-VO2max testing into my training business to allow my clients to have another, more scientific method of finding their fitness levels so I can be a more efficient trainer in helping them achieve their goals. -Certified to teach CPR through the National Safety Council. As a Boot Camp instructor and Fitness Professional for the Professional Fitness Institute, I also instruct a CPR class to aspiring personal trainers. I also want to utilize it out of the work setting, and travel to different facilities or venues to help certify other large groups of people. It is important to me as I am passionate about people having all the right qualifications and certifications to be an efficient trainer or fitness professional.
