For the past two years I have been working in a nonprofit banking environment with the IN U.M. Loan Savings Ministry. While in this position I have assisted in the tremendous growth the organization has experienced, growing from mm in deposits when I started to over mm today. My role has focused on serving our current and prospective depositors, monitoring all transactions for regulatory compliance in the mm portfolio of deposit products held by our customers, and processing loan payments and monitoring past due accounts in our mm portfolio of loans. In addition to my experience with the Loan Savings Ministry, I have also had the opportunity to complete two internships. My first internship was with Works Cited, a small coffee and book store that was in it's startup phase at the time. I assisted in the development of the store's first marketing plan and also analyzed a proposed merger with the store's largest vendor. My second internship was with Tingian Ventures, where I worked as part of a team to focus on the social media marketing for one of the company's new products.
