My personal journey into fitness started with a passion for playing sports. As I grew up I competed for the Peruvian National Swim Team and my love for fitness and sports kept growing with me. In 1997 I received a full athletic scholarship to swim for the University of Illinois-Chicago from where I graduated with a BS in Kinesiology. After graduation I dedicated myself full-time to becaming the best coach I could be. I attended many workshops and certification courses to improve my skills and refine my knowledge. During my 10 years as a full-time fitness pro I have worked with professional athletes,CEOs,busy professionals and people from all walks of life and age groups. My personal philosophy on fitness is that all movement forms have something to contribute to the design of a great program. Because I believe this I am always learning, always moving, always searching. My professional goal therefore is to create comprehensive fitness programs that improve both physique and performace. My life's goal is to help people improve their quality of life and enjoy their time in this planet.
