My formal training includes a B.S.B.A. in Management from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. I also studied percussion performance and music education while at Roosevelt University. Over 20 years in sales and HR Management has taught me volumes about people and business. Several passions have helped me to shape my career both as an employee and as an entrepreneur. A believer in the power of music and music education, I am an active freelance music educator, teaching throughout S.E. Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. In 2005, seeing an opportunity to give children a unique music education experience, I opened a private music education studio. Today, we provide students in a 5 county area with the opportunity to study percussion music from around the world. I'm also an active performer staying busy in the local music scene. I am part of a team of social entrepreneurs – we are using an established business model to solve a major worldwide social problem...global malnutrition in children. Through our innovative donation through consumption program we are helping nourish children around the world...Our vision is to take a nutrient dense technology, which we have, and provide it to children all over the world. Chicago born and raised I am a huge fan of the Chicago sports scene. Other hobbies include jazz music, golfing and a wide variety of outdoor activities!
