Prior to his relocation to San Diego in 2000, Jeff was a partner in our Menlo Park office, and prior to that, with Brobeck, Phleger, & Harrison, focusing on general corporate representation of public and private companies, as well as public offerings of equity and convertible debt, mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, strategic corporate partnering transactions, and venture capital transactions.
