My passion is teaching Advanced Career Strategies at Brandman University's Irvine California Campus. This is a semester length, comprehensive course that that takes a strategic focuses on management and professional level careers, where do I want to be in years, and how do I get there. It is offered twice a year, usually in September and January. Students work in teams of six to eight, spending hours weekly in the classroom and then meet, as a team, outside the classroom to help one another implement techniques and strategies covered in class. By the end of the course students will have spent over hours planning and implementing short and long term career strategies. Each team is facilitated by a trained career coach. To the best of my knowledge this is the most comprehensive program of its type available anywhere at any price. As one student, a vice president of a large financial company put it, "I got much more out of this course at than I got from a career coach I paid over ,.
