I enjoy the challenge of working with people and finding the home of their dreams. Very computer/technical oriented. My goal is to be the Number 1 Realtor people think of in N. E. Tarrant County - Texas when buying or selling a home. I am constantly taking classes because it is very important to keep my knowledge up to date with current industry trends. As a Project Manager/Coordinator I worked with various projects to meet deadlines of testing and roll outs. I worked in a team setting and provided opportunities for the team to be successful. Unlike the Agile Method we were a team of Testers overseen by a Manager. We logged defects in the system and passed back to the programmers to correct and then retested. Where as in using the Agile method we would walk the programmer through the “bug†and correct on the spot. I enjoy both my Real Estate and working with the Technical side of a project. Real Estate gives me the opportunity to use my Sales Skills and well as some technical skills. As a Project Coordinator/Manager) this also helps keep my testing and developing skills fresh and up to date . Two books I just completed were: “The Software Project Manager’s Bridge to Agility†by Michele Sliger and Stacia Broderick “Agile Estimating and Planning†by Mike Cohn Whatever I do, I focus on excelling in excellence.
