James a big fan of Documentaries, Csi, Survivor, Fear Factor, The Amazing Race, Fuel Tv, Speed Channel and Shear Genius. Comedy is among his all-time favorite films. His favorite sport is Motocross.

James is a PMP and SPHR whom loves Project Management almost as much as Human Capital. James Downes other greatest passion is the creation of, listening to, and discovering of MUSIC.
