Dawn Jackson Blatner, RD, LDN is a registered and licensed dietitian and a national media spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. Blatner is the dietitian for Lifetime Television's website, mylifetime.com, where she contributes a weekly column and educational videos. She writes a food and nutrition blog with USA Today, is a nutrition expert on the advisory board of Fitness magazine and Time Out Chicago and is an instructor at the Chopping Block where she teaches "Healthy in a Hurry" cooking classes.
