Esteban pronto se dio cuenta que para ser un artista completo tenia que saber como tocar un instrument por lo cual decidio aprender a tocar la guitarra.Esteban en realidad no tiene barreras de genero y canta pop, banda, grupero y por supuesto mariachi en espanol e ingles. A la edad de 15, Esteban recibio major vocalista masculine en mariachi de el estado de Texas por dos anos consecutivos, esto lo dirigio a la competencia del Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza en San Antonio Tx que es una de las competencias mas grandes de mariachi en los Estados Unidos. Esteban recibio Segundo lugar dos veces y el tercer ano recibio el titulo de “Best Mariachi Vocalist in the U.S. Fue en ese entonces que Esteban conocio ael famoso Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan y le dieron la oportunidad de tener gira y abrir conciertos para ellos. Esteban tambien a abierto conciertos para artistas reconocidos como Joan Sebastian, Pepe Aguilar, Lupillo Rivera, Banda Rocodo y muchos mas. Este reciente ano pasado marco el transcurso de la carrera de Esteban para siempre, fue uno de los 25 alumnos elejidos de entre mas de 140,000 participantes para el reality show “La Academia†en su ultima generacion de T.V. Azteca. Este es el reality show numero un en Mexico y Esteban pronto se convirtio en uno de los favorites de los fans por su personalidad y entrega. Esteban estuvo en el programa por 3 meses y medio y los juezes y criticos vieron en Esteban todo lo que el resto del mundo vio que es su talento humildad y dedicacion. Los fans de Esteban han crecido mundialmente gracias al programa y se han visto fans atravez de myspace y youtube desde Brazil, Mexico, Espana, Guatemala, El Salvador Venezuela, Puerto Rico y hasta Alemania. Technical Experience Throughout my career, I have taken specific steps in gaining a range of applicable technical experience. While in college, I worked for a geotechnical engineering firm, testing and inspecting construction materials. Since graduating from Michigan Technological University in , I have gained specific specialized skills in the design and detailing of post-tensioned structures. My first year after graduation was spent creating post-tensioned shop drawings and coordinating the delivery and installation of post-tensioning materials for buildings, bridges and storage tanks. Since then I have gained further experience with the design and repair of pt systems for many different building types. This experience has culminated to a point where I consider myself a PT expert. At the same time I have made a concerted effort to broaden my knowledge base in the design and detailing of cast in place concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, light gage steel, aluminum, masonry,wood, explosive effects on buildings, seismic analysis of existing buildings, etc. through university courses, continuing education programs and self teaching. Business Leadership Over the last seven years I have focused not only on improving my technical skills, but also cultivating my project management and team leadership skills. In I applied for and was accepted to Arnold and OSheridans Leadership Academy. The focus of which was on cultivating new leaders for the company by educating us on the business side of the company with seminars, reading assignments and round table discussions on marketing, business development, project management, finance, information technology, etc. over the course of one year. This experience has proved to be an excellent base for my business knowledge and has been paying dividends ever since.
