After many triathlons and after completing Ironman Lake Placid in July , I realized I was not meeting my fitness and nutrition goals...several factors were inhibiting me from being in the best shape of my life At age , I was able to build my endurance and finish a . mile Ironman, but I still was not getting the full benefits out of my training. I knew the importance of eating correctly and properly fueling the body, but in an effort to maintain the strength and energy I needed to endurance train, I was taking in way too many calories and therefore not shedding the weight I was capable of burning with the amount of intense training required for an Ironman. Before deciding on what training route I was going to take, I got my hands on the PX Nutrition Plan and immediately knew that this was the program for me. The journey with Tony Horton and PX started on May th and I haven't looked back since. I have committed myself to Beachbody and living a healthy and fit lifestyle. Since starting PX in May , I have exceeded my expectations and reached my goals faster and better than I ever have in the past. DECIDE...COMMIT...SUCCEED.
