LION I am a real estate broker investor who enjoys helping my clients buy or sell real estate in the Greater Houston area. I began my real estate career in primarily as an investor, where I was doing short sales before they became the "Transaction Du Jour". Once I earned my real estate license, and I began doing more business as a "realtor", I discovered how truly passionate I am about this industry, and I loved what I did for a living. How many of us can say that I earned my Broker's license in , and I opened up my own Brokerage, Giraffe Realty, in . I have also earned quite a few certifications over the years Certified Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and the National Association of Realtors has certified me to perform short sales and sell foreclosures (SFR). You can count on me to get the job done I enjoy helping everyone from the first time home buyer to the move-up seller buy or sell real estate in the Greater Houston area. I've sold homes to investors in the K range I have helped clients buy million dollar lots and build M custom homes. I enjoy selling homes "inside the loop", in communities like Bellaire, Tanglewood, Afton Oaks, Highland Village, Museum District, Houston Heights, Midtown, Rice Military, and Downtown Houston. I have also had success with selling homes in the Memorial Villages, like Bunker Hill Village. I have recently moved to the suburb of Cypress near Katy I have sold homes in communities like Bridgeland, Blackhorse Ranch, Cypress Creek Lakes, Cinco Ranch, and Coles Crossing. Lastly, I also LOVE to sell acreage Seems like more and more people are craving country living these days. The real estate industry fascinates me.
