Randy Witt is a senior IT executive with extensive experience in creating strategies and plans that define IT operational excellence. His broad industry experience includes aviation, retail, insurance, utilities, and service organizations. With strong security, risk management, and compliance expertise, coupled with in-depth experience in building and managing enterprise infrastructures, he offers a composite of technical expertise, business knowledge, and relationship management skills essential in ensuring the position of IT services as a key partner in driving company success. Mr. Witt presently holds the position of Director of IT for Restaurant Technologies, Inc. With a diverse and in-depth background in all elements of IT, he was well prepared for the challenge of implementing formal structures, policies and procedures into a $250M organization of 600 employees working across 37 locations. The complex infrastructure that he established will be a key to the company’s competitive market position for some years to come. In the first year, he quickly completed a technology refresh effort across all locations which included an ERP upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite and the implementation of a Cisco VoIP solution for all locations including the corporate call center. His organizational efforts have included establishing formal operational processes based on the ITIL framework and accepted industry practices. Mr. Witt earned an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, a MS Information Management from Syracuse University and a BS concentrating in computer science from North Carolina State University. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, he holds many technical certifications, including the PMP and several ITIL-related credentials.
