In theMassachusetts Air National Guard I learned how to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. I was fortunate to work with people who were experts in their field and were passionate about delivering quality. This enviroment inspired me to strive for the same goals in my career. While serving in the military, I also worked in the private sector and have 10+ years of sales and customer service experience. There is no greater feeling of accomplishment than solving a problem for a client by pairing their need with the product or service that matches it. I have always felt that top notch service means consistently working to strengthen the client relationship. I enjoy the challenge of uncovering needs the client has not verbalized or discovered for themselves. Striving to understanding clients needs is also helpful when searching for cross sale opportunities or referral business for my network. As a member of Business Network International (BNI) for 2+ years, I learned the value of a strong personal network. BNI is a professional networking organisation focused on helping its members build relationships in the business community.During my time in BNI, I was fortunate to have served as Vice President, on the membership committee and as President of my chapter.
