I started my first internet start-up, Centrocom, in late 1995. At the end of 1996 I founded Media Contacts within the Media Planning Group (today part of the Havas Group) In late 1997 I started up I-Network (today the company is called ANTEVENIO), the first Spanish local ad network. I-Network survived the boom and bust age of new media in 2000/2001, and emerged reinforced in 2003 with a more diversified portfolio of services that included: ad network, permission e-mail marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, mobile advertising and comparison shopping. In 2005 the company changed its name to Antevenio. In Febuary 2007 the company was successfully quoted on the Alternext market of Paris. In 2007 Antevenio acquired the Spanish affiliate marketer Netfilia ( and the Italian firm Webnation, which is currently Antevenio Italy ( In 200 the firm acquired the Spanish comparison shopping site, Shopall. Today, Antevenio employs 150 professionals located in Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, London, Buenos Aires, and Mexico City.
