I've had a terrific life working as an employee, owner and consultant with small and mid-size business facing challenges of growth or change. I am always on the lookout for interesting businesses to invest in or to provide consulting support to improve enterprise value. I am based in London but my work also takes me to Melbourne and Perth several times a year. I've been a General Manager, Finance Director, Sales Manager for firms up to sixty staff. I have a strong analytical and creative response to projects large and small that I have been engaged with. My strengths are in leadership or 'business partner' roles especially where a firm is challenged by growth or change. I have a degree in accounting strengthened by postgraduate study. I trained as an accountant with PwC and I'm a CPA. As importantly I have a lot of operational and general management experience including managing a lot of change. I think that change will be welcomed by all if the need for change is understood and the process managed with intelligence and understanding.
