This experience as a business owner has taught me skills that I use everyday in my real estate career. I know the city and surrounding areas better than most DC natives, because I have had to map the quickest route from one catering event to another. As a caterer you learn to be a diplomat between warring mothers of the bride & groom; crisis manager; contract negotiator; couples therapist; map quest expert; interior designer and confidant. All these skills make me a better Realtor, because my goal is to help you find the home you really want or attract the best buyers for your home with as little stress and with the most knowledge possible. I feel that my job is to be your advocate throughout the process and that the more you know and understand, the more power you have when buying or selling a home.
