William R. Ziegler has been a director of the Company since August 1996 and is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been of counsel to the law firm of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP since January 2001. Prior to that time he was a partner in that law firm and predecessor firms for over five years. Mr. Ziegler is a director of Geokinetics and Flotek Industries, Inc., an oil services equipment supplier.
