Mr. Byrnes, 56, has been a member of our board since October 2003. He has been a private investor since 2001. In September 2006, he co-founded, and is the Managing Member of, Wolverine Partners LLC, which operates MutualDecision.com, a mutual fund information website. Mr. Byrnes was a co-founder of Pulpfree, d/b/a BuzzMetrics, a consumer-generated media research and marketing firm, and served as its chairman from June 1999 to September 2005.
