Hi My name is Zach Ferres and I'm an entrepreneur, a leader, a triathlete, and an internet marketing expert. I am passionate about building great things with great people, having fun doing it, and using this all to change the world. I strongly believe in creating new kinds of companies that rely on purpose-driven culture and embrace the entrepreneurial way of thinking. I know how to lead teams and love helping people find and pursue their passions. It all started when I was and decided to start a little car stereo business. Next, I started doing some computer repair services family, friends, and local businesses. Many of the businesses needed help with establishing their web presence which helped me get my start in the internet marketing arena. After getting a web development job for our admissions department at Ohio Northern University I found a big problem - a totally disconnected online presence among the colleges and departments. I teamed up with my roommate on a plan to take their digital presence to the next level. They loved our ideas and brought us on to help implement. This was the start of BounceFire. With the help of ONU, we were able to take our little web business to a million dollar business within three years while still a student. Just before graduating I had the honor to present BounceFire at the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards as one of the top student entrepreneurs in the world. Heck no - we didn't win, but we connected with a final round judge who was interested in our business. This led to an acquisition of BounceFire in May of by a digital marketing agency in Arizona and we moved our tribe across the country. This was an amazing opportunity to lend a hand in creating a new type of company. Today, I am a partner in a web startup called Huddlewoo. I am helping build a web marketing agency called Ciplex with my team. I also run a company called Creative Priority that helps web marketing companies become more successful.
