Accomplishments 1. Conducted 100s of qualitative studies on a wide variety of topics with physicians, other clinicians, executives, board members, patients, family members, other consumers and employees that provided actionable information to health system leaders resulting in appropriate business decisions and strategies. 2. Designed 10 education programs for professional development of senior and middle managers, including creativity, EQ,; created customized new employee education programs for three organizations; trained hundreds of health care managers on a values-based leadership development program called "Values in Leadership." 3. Facilitated planning for 15 large symposia and conferences for groups 700+, including hotel negotiations for rooms, food and beverage, meeting space and audiovisuals; identification and contract negotiation with presenters; speech writing for executives. 4. Wrote, designed and supervised production of multiple marketing communications collateral publications on health care topics.
