Sterling graduated from the prestigious Langston University with a Bachelors degree in Biology in 1993 and then returned for an additional Bachelors degree at Langston University in Physical Therapy in 1997. Sterling has practiced as a professional physical therapist for over 11 years. Further enhancing his education with a post-professional Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University with a focus in Orthopedics. Sterling is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a certification common with all professional sports level therapists, athletic trainers and coaches. A proud protector of his country, Sterling has served over 18 years in the United States Army, primarily working as a physical therapist (both active and reserve status). Sterling's past military and life experiences have afforded him the skills and compassion needed in the health care environment.
