I'm a creative problem solver with a keen interest in finding ways to position my companies as industry leaders. At Focus Financial Partners, I am responsible for marketing Focus Connections, which provides strategic guidance and transition support to teams and individual advisors leaving wirehouses to create their own firm, or join an existing Focus firm. In my role, I concentrate on using social media, digital marketing and business development initiatives to attract advisors seeking independence, and also play a key role in supporting transitioning teams market their new firm. Previously, I worked with HighTower Advisors, where I was a key member of the marketing team that developed and executed marketing plans for newly independent financial advisors nationwide. I was able to provide support during their transitions, learn their unique market, and set them on strong positive growth trajectories. I also worked at HigherEdJobs.com on strategic initiatives, including developing new service products, digital marketing, and monetizing the firms social media networks. Outside of work I spend my time with my wife and our two dogs, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
