Ben Lawrence lives of rural and marginalized communities characterizes my passion for creating unique startegies for dealing with unique developmental probelms. My strengths consist of facilitating economic development through rigorous analysis and design of project managerial systems and processes to enable the team to reach maximum value and make informed decisions - this leads to satisfied clients, and to even more satisfied local beneficiaries. Serving as a business Inspection Reform Eonomist with Chemonics, I consulted Bosnian business inspectors on the values of transparency and consistency when conducting routine inspections of Bosnia's businesses. This enabled us to deregulate the business environment so as to improve opportunities for Foreign Direct Investment. By conducting extensive process mapping services for civilpublic administrations, identifing opportunities for enhancing transparency and streamlining procedures, I helped reduced the regulatory burden on SMEs. I focus on building the capacity of a project's managerial staff by using entrepreneurialism as a means to identify opportunities, whether in adapting to clients needs, or aligning systems to better reach performance metrics. This approach helps realize the maximum potential of teams, and creates an environment ripe for innovative solutions. This results in a reputation as a project manager who maintains superior customer service to a global client. Projects, like businesses, need access to information in order to make better decisions. By aligning people to processes, and promoting team collaboration, management takes on a new meaning. This is what I promote.
