Rich Donovan is a Managing Partner of Integrated Process Solutions LLC(IPS). Rich worked as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co in the role Portfolio Manager in New York City. While churning out an average annual return of 17%, Rich was a key change agent at Merrill to put measurable results behind disability and ensure that it became a recognized pillar of the firm?s diversity strategy. He is the founding Chairman of LIME. Mr. Donovan, who happens to have cerebral palsy, holds a B.B.A from Schulich School of Business at York University and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School. Rich is an avid sailor.
