We are genuinely excited about our ministry with New Tribes Mission (NTM). We work with NTM USA-Partnership Development as Ministry Partnership Development Coaches. This is a new ministry role with NTM, and we are excited to be the first couple in this role. What will we be doing As our new missionaries graduate from missionary training school (appx - per year), they head back to their homeshome churches to begin developing their support team (Partnership Development). Our role will be Coaching Accountability - their Action Plans and Goals, meaningful conversations, brain-storming Communication With the new Missionary and their HomeSending Church Shepherding Prayer, Encouragement, Affirmation, Listening Our ministry focus is to walk alongside our new missionary and their sending church to launch the new missionary in to their NTM ministry with a solid Ministry Partnership Team (fully-funded budget and prayer team). Our ministry goal is to mobilize our new missionaries in to their church planting and Bible translation roles to Reach the Unreached People Groups (over ) with the Gospel.
