Matt has more than a decade of experience crafting consumer experiences that delight and engage. He is passionate about product management, the creative process, and thrives on solving the unique challenges that present themselves while running an online business. Early on in his career, Matt worked for various interactive design agencies. During this time he helped launch some of the web's early startups. He also worked with more established brands such as Corona and Sprite to bring their offline experiences online. Later, Matt worked for McAfee's Consumer Software Division where he managed large and small clients around the world to deploy McAfee Security software to their respective installed bases. Successful launches include ATT, Verizon, Comcast, Paypal Equifax, along with many others. Responsibilities consisted of documenting software customizations specific for each company, crafting the go to market plan, along with post launch issue tracking and software upgrades. Most recently, Matt was the Global Product Lead for Yahoo Travel. While there he led diverse teams to globalize and redesign the Yahoo Travel site. He also crafted and launched its social media program, created a mobile version of the site, and conceived and created Yahoo's first Travel app, Yahoo TimeTraveler. The app has been featured by Apple many times since launch including the marquee position within the Travel category. Other responsibilities held while at Yahoo included full Travel Property product ownership, as well as associated revenue, metrics, legal and support. Matt's diverse experience has helped him to lead teams around the world, understand local market needs, and create experiences that drive revenue and user adoption at a scale that few have overseen.
